I began the course with no previous photographic experience and not knowing which direction to take with-in photography as I found I enjoyed all genres such as band photography, Studio, land/seascapes and photographing my own city with its diverse culture and people.

It was during a documentary project (Working Class Hunter) I found this genre of photography was what I enjoyed the most, believing photography is a great medium for having a voice I started to gain experience attending various demonstrations and marches where I found my heart and passion for photography was able to be put to its best use. It is in this genre I wish to develop and build my skills and experience and progressing as far as possible.
